Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders within the EU (Except Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland and small islands
Additional shipping costs for certain regions:
- Greece €30 for standard shipping.
- Greece €300 for remote small islands, as this includes additional fees from the logistics provider.
- Switzerland: €150 for standard shipping.
- Norway: €160 for standard shipping.
- Ukraine: €30–70, depending on weight
* To avoid return shipping costs due to non-product-related or official errors, we recommend checking the correct product selection before ordering.

Delivery time
The timeframe for the delivery of the order is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1 working day
Delivery time: 2–7 working days (for more remote regions, such as Greek islands, Switzerland and Norway, up to 10–13 working days)
Delivery to Ukraine can take 15–30 working days.
Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or transport disruptions. Should any delays occur, we will inform you in advance.
How can I track my order?
All orders are usually shipped on the next working day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package has been shipped.
