Return and exchange policy

1. Limited Warranty

LiTime warrants to the original end user that the LiTime product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period specified in the "Warranty Period" section below, subject to the exclusions listed below.

This warranty statement constitutes LiTime's complete and exclusive warranty obligation. We assume no other liability in connection with the sale of our products, nor do we authorize any person to do so on our behalf.

In any case, the warranty period is measured from the date of installation or receipt by the original end user. The proof of purchase for the initial purchase or other suitable documentary evidence is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.

3. refund

LiTime offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the LiTime website or the LiTime Amazon Store. Customers who purchased from retailers or channels other than the LiTime website or the LiTime Amazon Store and wish to return their product for a refund should first check the respective retailer's return and refund policy. For further questions or assistance, please contact our customer service team at [phone number/email address]. service.de@litime.com and provide your order details. Products that are custom configured or marked with your specifications are non-returnable.

You can initiate the return by contacting our customer support team at service.de@litime.com Please contact us and provide your order details, the product serial number, the reasons for the return, and photos or videos showing the defects. Please do not send any items back to us without first submitting a return request.

Products that are individually configured or branded according to your specifications are not returnable.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at service.de@litime.com und Please provide your order information and the reason for the return. Once your return request has been processed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. When shipping the return package, please clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the box itself. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Please ensure that the item being returned is in its original condition. A processing fee will be charged for items not returned in their original condition and will be deducted from the refund amount.

30-day return policy: LiTime covers the shipping costs for returns due to the following reasons: defective product, delayed shipping, or damaged packaging. For returns for all other reasons, including no longer needed, incorrect size/model selected by the customer, or incompatibility with the customer's current system, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement and Refund Policy: Our priority is to provide a replacement for defective products. If a customer insists on a return and refund due to special circumstances, the following conditions apply:

Calculation of depreciation: The monthly depreciation fee is calculated as follows:

Monthly deduction = Purchase price ÷ Total warranty months

To avoid problems due to the packaging during the return, it is recommended to keep the original packaging for at least 30 days.

Once LiTime has received your item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

4. Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. If you paid by credit card, we will charge your account as soon as we receive the product. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company; it can take some time for your refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. Again, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at service.de@litime.com.

5. Return and refund policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If these conditions are not met, LiTime reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds. Please note that LiTime does not accept returns or issue refunds for the following products:

A product that is custom configured or labelled with your specifications.

Product purchased from a third-party retailer.

6. repair or replacement

LiTime will repair, at its own expense, any LiTime product that malfunctions during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship. For any product that cannot be repaired, LiTime will provide a free replacement with the same or an equivalent model, as agreed upon by both parties..

A 90-day repair/replacement warranty is provided from the date the repaired/replaced product is received. Repaired/replaced products are covered by either the original warranty period or the repair warranty, whichever period ends later.

Spare parts may be refurbished parts, but they are functionally equivalent to the original item.

7. Restriction to the original end user

The warranty on LiTime products is limited to the original end user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

8. Exclusions

LiTime's warranty does not apply to:

· Products that have been misused, mishandled, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as defined in LiTime's current product documentation.

· Repair attempts by anyone other than an authorized facility.

· Any product purchased through an online auction house.

LiTime's warranty does not cover the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days of purchasing the product and at least once every three months thereafter.

Warranty check

Claims will be rejected if:

① The warranty period has expired.

2. It is normal wear and tear.

③ Damage caused by tampering is present.

④ These are defects that were not caused by the manufacturer.

⑤ Improper use/maintenance is present.

Special Declaration

The use of batteries as a backup/primary power source for life support systems or other medical devices is prohibited without the manufacturer's involvement in the system design and without the manufacturer's express written approval. To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims all liability arising from such use. Furthermore, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service for batteries used in the scenarios described above and shall not be liable for any such refusal.

The invalidity of individual provisions of this directive shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
