Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

· on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or

· In the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, the date on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

Please enter the details of the order you wish to cancel in the form below and send it to us. We will contact you within two business days of receiving your notification.

Consequences of the revocation

If you this contract If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery for standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You, as the consumer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

replacement value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion orpremature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that are:

· for the supply of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;

· for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

· in other cases according to § 312g para. 2 BGB.

Special instructions for lithium batteries

Due to dangerous goods regulations for lithium batteries, returns are only permitted after prior authorization from our customer service. Customers will receive the necessary shipping information after contacting our support team.
