We guarantee the defective performance of the products when used correctly according to the instructions in the user manual.(Five-year guarantee for our battery products >30Ah and three-year guarantee for batteries ≤30Ah.And the battery charger comes with a 2 year warranty)
The warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the user (the "Purchaser").
Please read the user manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly according to the instructions in the manual.
Procedure for warranty claims
- We will help within 24 hours to analyze the customer's problem, solve the problem, recover the battery and present the optimal usage method.
- If our product does not work normally, the consumer supports us to do all the battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality problems, we will send a new replacement battery for the defective battery after matching the one we prepared pre-paid label was returned to our German warehouse.And the broken battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.

2.General conditions for warranty claims
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.If the device is given away or resold, the customer must go through the original purchaser to claim the warranty.Original order details are required to claim under warranty.
All products returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk.We provide a prepaid return label to customers who need to return the products at the specified time and place.
Battery serviced or replaced within its warranty period is not eligible for an extended warranty.Instead, the serviced orreplaced battery(ies) the original warranty period provided at initial purchase.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, product modifications, installation or intentional damage.The warranty also does not apply if the consumer does not install, use and maintain the product in accordance with the requirements of the user manual, resulting in serious quality problems of the product.
3.Exclusions and Limitations

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LITIME OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LITIME OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.Neither LiTime nor its suppliers will be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss to any property or product connected, powered by or otherwise attached to the product.The entire cumulative liability to the buyer, for all causes of action and all theories of liability, shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the buyer.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
