Right of return
We have a 30-day return policy, i. H You can request a return within 30 days of receipt of the goods. After you email us, we will reply you within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost for returning the products will be borne by LiTime or the customer by the following situations.
If Li Time paid for return
LiTime will cover the return shipping cost if the reason for the return was a result of OUR error.
Examples of such cases can be:
The item arrived defective and cannot be repaired with a replacement part.
We sent the wrong item.
We sent the item to the wrong address.
We shipped a duplicate order.
The item did not work during the 30 day return period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly according to the instructions in the product manual).
IMPORTANT
For items that arrive damaged or defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is not working. If the customer refuses or fails to provide video or photos of an allegedly non-working/damaged item, this return will be treated as a "buyer's regret" and the customer will be solely responsible for return shipping.
If the customer claims that an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, with no exceptions.
If the damaged/defective item return request can be repaired with basic parts and assistance, we may offer the option of a free replacement part or replacement part. Offer free replacement parts and advice on how to repair your item if the customer finds it an easier solution, so you don't have to return a large, bulky item.
Once we receive the approved return, we will inspect the condition of the item. If the item is found to be defective, we will attempt a refund within 3 business days.
If customer pay for the return
In case of return due to customer's mistake, customer is responsible for the return and shipping cost will be borne by customer. Fees vary by region.
LiTime will offer prepaid return shipping labels to the customer. The shipping costs for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that any order offered with special shipping rates will have our actual shipping cost deducted for shipping.

After the 30-day return period, customers can use LiTime's right of withdrawal for repairs if the item is defective or not working. Please refer to the right of withdrawal

Refund policy
The customer can return or refund a product up to 30 days after receipt. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to the customer's original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Returns may be requested for reimbursement if one of the following conditions is met:
Within 30 days of receipt of goods the customer finds that the product was damaged during transport and can provide a damage certificate;
The customer finds, within 30 days of receipt of the goods, that the product does not correspond to the description of the original product in one or more important respects matches;
Within 30 days after receiving the goods, if the customer finds that the product has a performance defect that is not artificially caused, the customer should assist us to carry out all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality problems having.
Order Cancellation
LiTime usually ships your package within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact LiTime as soon as possible to cancel the order and the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours if the products are not sent.
But if the package is on the way, we will refund you within 3 working days once the package is sent back.
